The maximum amount of the loan will be equivalent to 35% of the appraisal of the mortgageable property.
The appraisal of the property object of the mortgage will be valued, always, by the appraiser that has been arranged by the lender and will be made available to the borrower.
The commission for opening the mortgage loan will be maximum 5,00% with a minimum of €600.
The commissions that must be paid for "professional intermediation" to be carried out in the loan operation, as well as the advisory service, in case of requesting and providing said service, will be settled together with the commissions and expenses of incorporation. Said commission will be, at most, 3.5% on the loans or credits granted.

Renewal:
There will be a renewal possibility, if requested 3 months in advance of the anticipated expiration.
The renewal will be discretionally granted by the provider, and must be paid in advance in the same way that they are settled in the constitution of the loan.
Amortization:
It can be amortized monthly or once only on the loan due date. In any case, the possibility of making advance payments of the debt, at any time, for any amount and concept, without being subject to notice, or limits or any requirement, will be allowed.
Ordinary Interests:
The ordinary interest of 10% per annum will be applied on the amount owed, or, if applicable, on the debit balance.
Interest For Delay:
It will apply, in case of delay in the payment of the relevant accounts for amortization or interest, the sum in "delay" will accrue, from the same day of the expiration, the annual interest of 12% per annum, while the delay lasts.
